REPAIR CONDITIONS
Please note that not all errors or damage can be repaired. In order to process your repair request, we would like to ask you to follow the steps and instructions that we will send you after your request has been successfully received.
The following must also be observed:
Please do not send any items to us without the appropriate confirmation and address label from us. A corresponding proof of purchase or proof of guarantee is required for every repair request. Inquiries falling under the following categories will not be considered as repairs:

• product cleaning
• normal wear discoloration,
• Dirt and abrasion caused by dark clothing.

Maison Mollerus has the right, at its sole discretion, to repair or replace items or refund the purchase price. The customer knows and agrees that a product that is subject to repair becomes the property of Maison Mollerus when it is replaced or when the purchase price is refunded to the customer. By sending the repair request, the customer agrees to receive information about the status of his product and news from Maison Mollerus.
