• Return policy:

You have a right to return your received products (exception: vouchers and reduced goods e.g. from sample sales, Black Friday deals or other discount promotions) to MAISON MOLLERUS in their original condition within 14 days (deadline: receipt of goods).
For returns, items must be returned unused and in perfect hygienic condition, otherwise the claim for return will be forfeited.
Make sure all items are in the condition in which you received them. We reserve the right to refuse the return of any item that is returned late or in improper condition.
Once we receive your package and the items have been inspected for original condition, please allow 3 to 5 business days for your return to be processed.
Upon successful processing of your return, you will receive a confirmation email and your refund. Refunds will always be made to your chosen payment method, if applicable we will contact you separately for a refund to your account.

Return process information:
 
Enter email address and order number. 

Register for return the items that are being returned.
 
Print out delivery label and stick it on the package.
 
Place delivery label in the package so we can assign the return.

Once the return is received in our warehouse, a refund will be issued.
