All products made from Vinerus, Maze and Pecarus are already impregnated at the factory and are therefore water-repellent.

Store your Mollerus products in a dust-free and well-ventilated area. Avoid exposing them to direct sunlight or extreme temperatures.

We are at your disposal and offer repair services for your Maison Mollerus bags. All of our Maison Mollerus products come with a 2-year manufacturing defect warranty (receipt required). Repairs are free of charge within this period. However, please note that damage caused during wear or by foreign objects, wear and tear or third parties is excluded from this warranty.

For inquiries related to repairs, we ask that you fill out our repair form on our website. We strive to address your concerns as quickly and efficiently as possible and ensure that you can enjoy your Maison Mollerus products in the best condition.

We offer you the option of conveniently processing your order with us by purchasing on account. You will be issued an invoice from our partner company Powerpay . This invoice will be sent to you immediately by email and is due within 30 days from the time of purchase.

We offer you the option of paying for your purchase in installments. At checkout you can select the “Heidipay” option (payment in installments). The first installment will be debited immediately after ordering, followed by the remaining two installments within the next 30 and 60 days (3 installments in total).

Delivery times for all of our orders typically range from 5 to 8 working days, although Saturdays and Sundays are not included in this timeframe.

We currently do not offer express delivery options. Our deliveries in Switzerland are carried out exclusively by Swiss Post.

Yes, you have the option to return your order in accordance with our terms and conditions within 14 days of receiving the goods. Please note that sample goods and orders purchased during a discount campaign or on special occasions such as Black Friday or sales are excluded from this return policy.

The VINERUS is a tried and tested material from Maison Mollerus, consisting of high-quality canvas fabric and its own coating. With the phoenix logo and the distinctive vertical stripe pattern, it is a trademark of Maison Mollerus. The timeless and elegant VINERUS has been one of the company's basic materials since 1984. Depending on the model, badges and applications are in gold and/or silver. VINERUS is also characterized by its high durability and only uses high-quality leather from northern Italian tanneries as trimming material.

PECARUS - The second coup from Mollerus is also a specially coated canvas fabric. The name PECARUS can be derived from the word PELLE, which means leather in Italian, CARO for the checkered pattern and the name MOLLERUS. Only high-quality leather from the most renowned northern Italian tanneries is used as trimming materials.

MAZE - The durable, coated canvas is printed with a newly developed print design, kaleidoscopically laid out and combined with high-quality cowhide. This line is presented in attractive color combinations and thus underlines the individuality of each wearer.

CALF LEATHER - The trim material of the VINERUS and PECARUS collections are made from luxurious calf leather. Calfskin is of very high quality and its fineness is very strong because the interweaving of the fine fibers is very dense.

All leather for Maison Mollerus comes from renowned tanneries in northern Italy. Our long-standing collaboration with these leather producers is based on the principles of transparency and ethics.

We regularly present limited collections made from vegan leather alternatives or recycled materials. Although our production philosophy is based on longevity and Vinerus is of central importance to us, we are aware of the need for there to be several alternatives on the market.
