Where do we produce?
Our production takes place both in Ticino and just across the border in northern Italy. We work closely with two family businesses that have been part of our production processes for over 30 years.
How long does production take?
Since all of our products are made by hand, we need a little more time to produce them. Depending on the complexity of the design, it usually takes 2-3 days to make a bag. Each piece is carefully selected, processed and inspected to ensure the highest quality.
What materials do we use?
Our main material, the heart of our production, is called Vinerus. The name is derived from the words Vinyl and Mollerus and has always been our trademark. Vinerus is characterized by its longevity, durability and water-repellent nature. The material is embossed and trimmed with Italian calf leather, which is carefully selected and processed.
In addition to our standard collections, we have two additional collections in new colors: Pecarus and Maze . Both are made from a printed canvas material that is just as durable and long-lasting as our Vinerus material.
Every season we also present limited collections that are made exclusively from 100% leather. These collections are always characterized by an embossing.
How is it ensured that our products meet quality standards?
All our products are handmade and are therefore subject to careful supervision by experienced eyes throughout the entire process. Each piece goes through a detailed inspection process where multiple producers look closely at the product to ensure it meets the highest quality standards.
What role do sustainability and environmental compatibility play in our manufacturing process?
We have consistently relied on local production for our collections for 40 years. This decision not only enables a direct connection to our producers, but also creates a transparent supply chain.
When manufacturing our products, we always select materials of higher quality in addition to the durable Vinerus. Over time, we have learned which materials provide the best and most long-lasting value for our customers. By using such materials we can create products that can be enjoyed for years to come.
We consciously go against the trend of fast fashion and instead focus on products that embody durability and quality. Our products should not only withstand current fashion trends, but also be able to be passed on to the next generation with a clear conscience. This is how we create values that last for generations.
How do we respond to customer feedback regarding our products and production methods?
We take all feedback extremely seriously and view it as a valuable source for further development. With every feedback we receive, we learn and recognize potential for continuous improvement. We are committed to hearing our customers' voices and taking their experiences seriously.
Feedback is received directly by the relevant departments and shared with our producers to make possible improvements to our products. Although this process takes some time, it is crucial to us. It is an ongoing process that we will never give up, as it allows us to continuously optimize our products and best meet the needs of our customers.
