Return Policy

Return policy:

You have the right to return the products you have received (exception: vouchers and reduced goods, e.g. from sample sales, Black Friday deals or other discount campaigns) to MAISON MOLLERUS in their original condition within 14 days (deadline: receipt of the goods).

For returns, items must be returned unused and in perfect hygienic condition, otherwise the claim for return will be forfeited. Make sure that all items are in the condition in which you received them.

We reserve the right to refuse the return of any item that is returned late or in an improper condition.

Once we have received your parcel and the items have been checked for original condition, please allow 3 to 5 working days for your return to be processed.

Upon successful processing of your return, you will receive a confirmation email and your refund.

Refunds will always be made to your chosen method of payment, if applicable we will contact you separately for a refund to your account.
