REPAIR CONDITIONS
Please note that not all defects or damage can be repaired. To process your repair request, please follow the steps and instructions we will send you after we have successfully received your request.
The following should also be noted:
Please do not send us any items without the appropriate confirmation and address label. A corresponding receipt or proof of warranty is required for every repair request. Requests falling under the following categories will not be considered repairs:
- Product cleaning
- Normal wear and tear, discoloration,
- Soiling and abrasion caused by dark clothing.
Maison Mollerus reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to repair or replace items or refund the purchase price. The customer understands and agrees that a product undergoing repair becomes the property of Maison Mollerus when it is replaced or the purchase price is refunded to the customer. By submitting a repair request, the customer agrees to receive information about the status of their product and news from Maison Mollerus.
