Please do not send any items to us without the appropriate confirmation and address label from us. A corresponding proof of purchase or proof of guarantee is required for every repair request. Inquiries falling under the following categories will not be considered as repairs:

Dirt and abrasion caused by dark clothing.

The customer knows and agrees that a product for which any repairs are made WILL become the property of Maison Mollerus if replaced or if the purchase price is refunded to the customer.
