The mobile messaging service of Maison Mollerus AG (hereinafter referred to as "Service") is operated by Maison Mollerus AG ("Maison Mollerus AG", "we" or "us").
Your use of this service constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms of Service”).
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service or individual features at any time without prior notice. To the extent permitted by law, we may amend these Terms of Use at any time. Your continued use of the service after such changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms.
Consent to the SMS/text messaging service
By agreeing to the SMS/text message service of Maison Mollerus AG, you consent to receiving recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Maison Mollerus AG via your mobile phone provider to the mobile number you have provided – even if your number is registered in a governmental or nationwide "no advertising" register.
Messages can be sent via an automated telephone dialing system or other technologies. Promotional messages can include promotions, special offers, or other marketing content (e.g., shopping cart reminders).
You understand that registration for this service is not a requirement for making a purchase from Maison Mollerus AG. Your participation in the program is voluntary .
Costs and fees
We do not charge any fees for using the service.
However, you are responsible for all costs and charges from your mobile phone provider in connection with receiving text messages.
The frequency of messages may vary. Message and data charges from your mobile provider may apply. Please check your mobile plan and contact your provider directly if you have any questions.
Unsubscribe from the service
You can unsubscribe from the service at any time.
To do this, send the single keyword “STOP” to Mollerus or click on the unsubscribe link in a text message, if available.
You will then receive a one-time confirmation message about your unsubscription. After that, no further messages will be sent to your mobile number unless you actively re-subscribe.
If you have subscribed to several mobile programs from Maison Mollerus AG, you must unsubscribe from each program separately – unless otherwise required by law – by following the respective instructions.

Changes to numbers or short codes
We may change the telephone number or short code used to operate the service at any time and will inform you of any such changes.
Please note that messages (including STOP or HELP requests) sent to an outdated number or short code may not be received. In such cases, we accept no responsibility for unanswered requests.

The mobile network operators we use are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
You agree to provide us with a valid mobile phone number. If you get a new number, you will need to register for the service again with that number.
To the extent permitted by law, we assume no liability for faulty, delayed, or misdirected deliveries of information via the service, for any errors in such information, or for any actions you take or fail to take in reliance on the content provided.
