Cancellation policy



You can withdraw from your contract in writing (e.g. by letter, fax, e-mail) or - if the item is already with you before the end of the withdrawal period - also by returning the item. The withdrawal period begins after receipt of this instruction in writing, but not before receipt of the goods by the recipient (in the case of recurring delivery of similar goods, not before receipt of the first partial delivery) and also not before the fulfilment of our information obligations in accordance with Article 246 Section 2 in conjunction with Section 1 (1) and 2 EGBGB, as well as our obligations pursuant to Section 312g paragraph 1 sentence 1 of the Civil Code (BGB) in conjunction with Article 246 Section 3 EGBGB. In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to notify the withdrawal or ship the item within the deadline. The withdrawal must be notified to:

In the event of an effective withdrawal, the services received by both parties must be returned and any derived advantages (e.g. interest) must be refunded. If you are unable to return the services or derived advantages (e.g. benefits of use) or are able to return them only partially or in a deteriorated condition, you shall compensate us. You do not have to pay compensation for any deterioration caused by the intended use of the item. You only have to pay compensation for derived advantages if you have used the goods in a manner that goes beyond the testing of the features and the operation. "Testing the features and operation" means testing and examine the respective goods, as it may take place usually in the shop, for example. Items which may not be shipped in a package will be collected from you. Obligations to refund payments shall be fulfilled within 30 days. The period begins for you with the sending of your withdrawal declaration or the item, for us with the receipt of either of these.
